ADRIATIC MUSCATEL SAGE: Sage's botanical name comes from the Latin word "salvere", which means, "to be saved." Sage is our savior, its scent, our origin story. There are over 900 species of Sage worldwide, with 19 of them having their origins in California. Among these native species are Hummingbird Sage, Pitcher Sage, Black Sage, Purple Sage, and White Sage — all currently growing wild at the Estate. The abundance of Sage in the Garden inspired the aroma of this Candle. It’s deeply cleansing and camphorous, softened by a hint of sweetness.

AGRIGENTO OLIVE TREE: The Agrigento Olive Tree Candle is inspired by sunset in two places: our Olive grove at Flamingo Estate, and the ancient Olive groves surrounding Agrigento’s Valley of the Temples, on the southern coast of Sicily, among a Mediterranean garden of Olive Trees, Almond, Carob, Citrus, and wild herbs. This candle is not about Olive Oil. It is about the Olive Tree itself: the leaf, the bark, the branch, the grove. It is herbal, bright, and deeply unusual. Galbanum and Violet Leaf give it a vivid green snap, Eucalyptus brings a clean brightness, and Sandalwood settles everything into soft, sacred warmth. When lit, something surprising opens up: a scent that is sweet, floral, green, and grassy all at once. Strange and beautiful, and unlike anything else we make.

DOUGLAS FIR VETIVER: Lighting this Candle conjures the forest wind. As the wax warms and the essential oils begin to travel, forest air fills the room with a crisp, smoky, subtly vegetal aroma that quiets the outside noise and tunes us in. Anchored by Vetiver, Douglas Fir, Angelica Root, and a hint of Basil.

GOLDEN POLLINATOR: This time of year in Milan, the Linden trees come into bloom, perfuming the entire city with a honeyed, lightly citric scent. In tribute to the city’s iconic flowering tree, and to our golden flower meadow, we have created just 500 Candles and Soap Bricks. Our new Pollinator Candle smells like Milan in peak bloom, blending sweet Linden blossom, green Bergamot, herbal Chamomile, creamy Heliotrope, and a soft dusting of pollen. The defining seasonal scent of Milan—mixing honeyed Linden Blossoms, a green Bergamot sparkle, Heliotrope, and a dust of pollen. The result is a golden Italian scent bomb, catapulting us to Milan in peak bloom, when the zest of sunlit markets mixes with the air of buzzing boulevards. Sweet, citric, quietly creamy.

GREEN GODDESS: Somewhere along the way, Harvey started talking about Pesto. Pesto… As a candle? At first, I wasn’t sure. But as the team got to work, what unfolded was incredible. Our new Green Goddess Candle is a radiant, wild thing: curling with the aroma of fresh Mint, bright Pea Tendrils, African Rosemary, and moist Basil. It took us well over a year to get it perfectly right, and the scent is incredibly refreshing and original — giving me the same rush and kick as the original Tomato Candle. It really doesn’t make sense, but it’s fantastic. Green Goddess is a fecund celebration of all that bursts with green. It mingles freshly-picked Basil, sharp Mint, bright pea Tendrils, and warm Golden Ginger — conjuring those fleeting moments at golden hour when everything is lush and the garden feels alive.

HEIRLOOM TOMATO: Our most beloved scent, the Heirloom Tomato Candle captures the supple, green essence of balmy summer nights in the garden. Think ripe Tomatoes hanging heavy from freshly watered vines, their leaves at their most fragrant. This Candle releases an intoxicating aroma of herbaceous, peppery earth evoking a wildly nostalgic Summer feeling that lingers long after the flame is out. Anchored by wild-harvested Tarragon grown in Oregon, and Black Pepper essential oil grown on flowering vines in the forests of Madagascar.

JASMINE DAMASK ROSE: This is the most beautiful fragrance we’ve ever created. Inspired by the intoxicating scent of Jasmine that crawls through the Estate’s window at night, it feels like a hard, sweet slap in the face. Swirling in the back of the nose and instantly picking us up, with warm, citric florals and a pop of spice. Anchored by Ionian Bergamot, Damask Rose, Pink Peppercorn, and White Sandalwood.

TUSCAN ROSEMARY: The “mist of the sea,” Rosemary is the objet d’amour of Romans, Greeks, and Honeybees everywhere. Kindling warm layers of evergreen and camphor, often detected wafting amongst the Cypress Trees and ruins of golden hour strolls.
