We believe that great tinned fish is the easiest way to get delicious, high-quality protein into your diet. Whether you’ve got a simple salad, good piece of sourdough, a steaming bowl of white rice, or a pot of pasta — tinned fish turns any meal into something satisfying and delightful.
We began building our supply chains by looking to partner with the most skilled canners as well as responsibly managed fisheries and farms around the world. Over our five years in business, this has led us to six incredible canneries across Washington State, Spain, Denmark, and Scotland. We source our fish and seafood from Marine Stewardship Council or Aquaculture Stewardship Council certified fisheries, as well as Fishery Improvements Projects on the path to certification.
ALBACORE TUNA IN SPICY OLIVE OIL: Meet Albacore Tuna in Spicy Olive Oil! Tender, flavorful, and perfectly buttery, this tuna has just the right kick to keep things interesting. Clean, simple, and delicious— this is the perfect addition to next recipe you whip up. Albacore is widely considered the most premium tuna, and we source ours from the Bay of Biscay and South Africa, partnering with fisheries known for landing exceptionally high-quality fish. Caught during the albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) fishing season between June and August for peak quality. Packed at a traditional Spanish cannery founded in 1869, which has refined its artisanal canning process over centuries.
CANTABRIAN ANCHOVIES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL: Say hello to the richest, butteriest anchovies that have ever met your lips. Enjoy with good bread and butter, simmered into a rich tomato pasta sauce, or stirred into a caesar salad. Hand-packed by a third-generation, family-owned cannery on the Cantabrian coast using an artisanal process perfected over decades. Sourced from Europe's first and only MSC-certified sustainable anchovy fishery. Caught in the Cantabrian Sea by fishermen using the purse seine fishing method. Semi-preserved through a salt-curing process that lasts for six-twelve months. Packed into tins with premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil, sourced directly from farmers in Northern Spain.

Responsibly sourced from the cold, nutrient-rich waters of southern Chile, where ASC-certified mussels are sustainably raised using open-sea aquaculture and harvested at peak tenderness and flavor. Hand-packed by expert women at a historic, family-owned cannery in Galicia, Spain, with over three decades of generational craft and precision in every tin. SARDINES WITH HOT PEPPER: Say hello to Sardines with Hot Pepper 🌶️ ! Our certified-sustainable sardines are hand-packed in Galicia, Spain with single-origin extra virgin olive oil. Responsibly wild-caught off the coasts of Cornwall, England and the Iberian Peninsula, sourced from MSC-certified sustainable sardine fisheries. Hand-packed using traditional methods with Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
SLOW SMOKED MACKEREL WITH CHILI FLAKES: Say hello to our Slow Smoked Mackerel—caramelized and crispy on the outside, buttery and tender on the inside. Hand-cut, sweetcured, and slowly smoked over natural wood, then hand-packed and infused in-house with crushed chillis and garlic for a savory, rich flavor with a bite of heat. Rich in Protein and Vitamin-D, contains 2471mg of Omega-3's per serving. Responsibly wild-caught by family-owned boats in the Northeast Atlantic during the winter months when mackerel quality is at its peak.
SMOKED RAINBOW TROUT: Caramelized on the outside, buttery and flaky on the inside, this trout is smoky, savory, and the tiniest bit sweet. This tin is the result of two years of R&D and taste tests - crafted with your feedback to be the most delicious, sustainable trout we’ve ever made. Expertly raised in an ASC-certified sustainable farm in Denmark’s countryside. Slow-smoked in small batches over beechwood and hand-packed in olive oil at a micro-cannery outside of Copenhagen. The standards for aquaculture in Denmark are some of the highest in the world. Fed a GMO-free, sustainable, nutrient-rich diet. The trout is caramelized on the outside, and buttery and flaky on the inside. It’s smoky, savory and the tiniest bit sweet.
